The challenge was to create and implement a touring event for G4 Tech TV.
The goal was to generate an exciting and fun experience promoting and maximizing the awareness of G4’s regular gamer and tech programming across Canada.
A tour was created that travelled across Canada looking for the next gaming professional host. There was an online blog update delivering news of the events it visited on its journey.
Starting with the creation of the tour’s branding and then Working with the display team, I conceptualized and designed a customized RV ‘pimping’ it up on the inside and out.
The goal was to create a modern, dynamic and menacing look for the outside of the vehicle and a sleek, smooth ‘Techie’ look for the inside of the RV.
The vehicle was fitted out with widescreen TVs, surround sound system, XBOX stations and giant bean bags for gamers to chill out on while they play.
Four individual display units were created to accommodate the Wired Road Trip sponsor equipment and competition entry laptops.
The units were designed and fabricated to hold and display Samsung cellular phones, MP3 players, Xbox and Samsung widescreen HD screens and then branded with the Wired Road Trip brand.
